At The Kitchen Vault Co., we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, our return process is simple and hassle-free.
Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging, with all manuals, parts, and accessories. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following are not eligible for return: custom or special-order items, clearance or final-sale items, and items that have been installed, used, or modified. Any exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page or at checkout.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we’ll arrange and cover the return shipping.
How to Start a Return
Email support@thekitchenvaultco.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for return. We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RMA) with instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 6–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of your return. We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been processed. If applicable, a restocking fee (up to 15%) may apply. Any such fees will be disclosed in advance.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no cost any time before it ships. If the order has already shipped, it must be returned under this Return Policy.
