Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time and Methods
Standard Shipping (Free): Estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days after processing.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.
Delays and Exceptions
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. The Kitchen Vault Co. is not responsible for delays outside our control.
